Quito is in party

For the first time in his history the most popular soccer team in Quito and the second one in the country, Liga, will participate in the final of the “Copa Libertadores” the biggest soccer tournament in South America.
The first final game will be this afternoon at 7:50 pm in “Casa Blanca”, Liga’s stadium against Fluminense from Brazil. Lots of excitement is in the environment and all the country is expecting to get the championship for the first time. Liga has to play the second final in Rio de Janeiro, in Maracana stadium in July the 2nd.
Also this news came just in a very tense moment for the Constitutional Assembly, after the resignation of his president last Monday. But there is no time for more bad news today. Go Liga!
